Moon Rabbit Micro Farm hosts regular, hands-on workshops on a variety of topics, ranging from backyard chicken keeping to cheese making. Whether you're a novice or experienced DIYer, you'll find a variety of topics to further your skills and build your confidence.

Soap Making 101 - April 19 6:00 - 8:30 pm

Learn the basics of homemade soap, using easy to find materials and equipment. This hands-on class will teach you a basic soap recipe, how to safely use lye, and working with fragrances and colorants. Safety gear will be provided, and students will go home with a loaf of soap in a reusable wooden mold. Please wear long sleeves, pants, and covered shoes for this class. Kombucha Making Class - May 21 6:30 - 8:30 pm

Wanting to start (or get back into) making your own delicious kombucha at home? Join this kombucha making class to learn more about this easy (and tasty) fermented tea beverage. Students will go home with their own SCOBY, starter tea, and recipe. Class is limited to 15 students. Location: 7290 S Sherman St. Centennial (map)
